My otes fans arent spinning, Any Sugesstions

Back ones? I don't think they spin unless you overclock like all hell - that's what I heard though.

Which ones though? .... the back or the RAMFLOW? I read in a review that they coudln't get the fans to spin at all, either that or they were spinning very slowly, I don't really remember though, sorry.
