my comp screen keeps turning blue and comming up with the message

stop:c000021a {fatal system error} the windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of Oxcooooo 5 (ox00000000 0x00000000). anyone help me or do i have to format.

Hi Chris... these posts are probably better off in the Technical Support forum. In addition, you're going to need to provide a lot more information... motherboard/cpu settings, ram settings, OS & patch level, etc... before anyone can start helping you! 🙂
