I'm getting this blue screen error whenever I startup my computer. I've had Xp since it came out, and havn't had any problems, then all of a sudden this happened.

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows SubSystem process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000001d (0x77e6c708 oxoo15fae4)
The system has been shut down.

The reason I restarted my computer was becuse the nite before I was downloading an mp3 from Bearshare, and during the night I got disconnected and in the morning it still showed I was on the internet, but I really wasn't and so I just restarted it, I had the same problem with bearhsare in WinME.
The only thing I have installed since last restarting my computer was Return to Castle Wolfenstein.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Do you use zonealarm or another sort of firewall?

If not, someone may have gotten access to your computer and screwed with things.

Any hope of booting in safe mode?

Try installing xp again if nothing works.

No, I don't have any kind of firewall...not to sound stupid, but how do you boot in safe mode in XP?

One thing I noticed while trying to boot up again today was that, after it does a memory test it says something like Trend ChipAway Virus OnGuard. Then it shows my HD, DVD, and CDRW drive listed, like normal, I've never noticed the Chipaway thing before, it could have always been there, I don't know.
