My neighbor got a new burner (ACER 10X4X32) and gets the Fatal Exception error: 0D 16B7:015F75B6 whenever she tries to access the drive. Its the slave on IDE2 and her CDRom drive is the master (we've tried switching them as well). The burner gives the same error when the CDRom drive is not connected and the burner is Master. BTW this is the 2nd burner she's tried...she had a different brand and exchanged it because we thought the drive was defective for the same reasons. What's the deal?????
