what does this mean in prime95?

im at 2.26GHz on a winnie and i can play HL2 fine and CS:S for hours w/ out problems but i get this error.... same thing at 2.35GHz

is this a BS error as i have zero problems w/ it or is it "not stable" for something....
 
Means your comp isn't prime stable. I always go for prime stable even if everything is fine, but it's your choice.
