After further tweaking with my OC and thinking my system was stable around 2.5. I tried to play BF2. Got a Windows Fatal Error and it shut down. Now no matter what my settings are it will go to the windows loading screen then immediately after a blue screen saying fatal error and it shuts down. What could have caused this? My board has AGP/PCI lock so it shouldnt effect a IDE driver correct? or was tehre something I missed. All temps were 40c or less.

Reset your CMOS and try booting.

If that doesn't work, try booting into Safe Mode.

If that doesn't work, you are fuX0r3d.

EDIT: Well not quite. You can also try repairing your install with the Windows XP installation CD.

Is this a common problem with overclocking? I always seem to end up reinstalling windows during my overclocking process. What is it about overclocking that hits the HD? Gonna try and rescue my files by puttin the drive in my second comp then reinstalling windows.
