FAT32 vs. NTFS

What is the difference? If someone could tell me the advantages and disadvantages of each, that would be great. I do know that NTFS is NT/2K/XP only, and that it has some better security features? Other than that though 😉

he he he didn't mean that this was going to be locked or anything . it's just that Andy Hui is usually right on top of assisting people with very similar questions by pointing out that the FAQ's is a great resourse for these basic and oft asked questions.
