FAT32 Size limit

From what i read FAT32 has a 2 terabyte size limit.

However with win2k, whenever i am trying to format my second partition (45GB) i get a volume size too big error.
I resulted in using NTFS for my second partition but i dont know if thats the best thing to do since i am using RAID 0 (2x 45gb)

any ideas?

I've heard that Win2k has a 32GB limit on FAT32 partitions it creates. I have no idea why, though.

The Format Tool in Win2K is limited to a maximum size of 32GB for FAT32. Microsoft really wants you to use NTFS for partitions greater than 32GB. To get around this, simply format the drive in Win98.
