Fat32 access NTFS across network?

Can Fat 32 machines access my computer across the network running XP Pro if I convert it to NTFS, the Fat 32 machines are all running Win ME.

Yes you can access NTFS partitions over the network with Win9x machines. When accessing drives over a network the file system does not matter.

As posted, yes, except you won't have the ability to copy NTFS specific features such as ACL's to a FAT32 partition. For example, if you want to share your mp3's and play them you'll be just fine. If you want to copy a group of files and maintain their security information, you won't be able to (fat just doesn't know how to store that security info)
