I agree that a balanced diet is a better approach but the part about being happy with your body image is just hippy b.s. - I'm happy with my body image but that cute chick in the mall isn't ok with my being a tubby bastard, know what I mean? Telling someone to fvck off if they find you unattractive is a bit idealistic- body image DOES matter in this society..
