Thats funny that you ask this because I am one of these "social networks" and I got a message from a fat broad today. I am thinking I am going to lead her on for a while, then crush her spirit.
 
Why would you handle it any different than anyone else in whom are not interested? Just tell them you aren't interested or lie and say you already have a gf.
