Fat guys are going to have a much easier time finding a woman, than fat chicks are going to have finding a man. Women are more forgiving on the fat issue.
By the same token, really skinny chicks have a much easier time finding a man than really skinny dudes have finding a woman.

Hmmm I've been on here since '99 and nowhere have I said I was skinny. I'll be the first to admit that I'm chubby. I don't care. I am who I am. I've dated big guys and little guys alike. I'm now with the love of my life who happens to be very thin. But....His size isn't what drew me to him. It was his heart and his mind. He's the best guy I've ever been with and I love him completely.

All I can say is that some of you are going to wind up pretty lonely if you base your relationship criteria totally on looks.Appearances do matter but looks can/do change and I've met more than my fair share of really nice looking men who had zero going for them on the inside,when the looks went,they had nothing else to offer.
Also if you're demanding perfection be prepared to offer the same and be amazed at the amount of sheer work and time that's involved in looking really good.

Most of the folks posting in this thread aren't experienced enough yet to understand that most times the kind of love you give is the kind of love you end up getting back.
Obviously there has to be some chemistry,physical attraction in an intimate relationship but if you're going to play things strictly on physical appearances you'd best remember the saying "he who lives by the sword dies by the sword"

Heh, last time I looked at that poll...about 1/4 of the people responding never had a gf.
Personally, I couldn't be with a girl who is morbidly obese but somewhat overweight isn't a problem for me. Yes, I require some physical attractiveness before I'd date someone but my real "deal breaking" demand is intelligence and personality. I'm not perfect and I don't expect the person I'm with to be perfect either.

my GF is skinny as skinny gets and she likes dudes with a few extra pounds on them, which is good for me because im no abacrombie model, she actually doesnt like guys that are ripped and such
