FASTIO_QUERY_OPEN = FAILURE?

Can someone please tell me what FASTIO_QUERY_OPEN is?

I'm runing filemon from sysinternal and filering to list only errors. Most of the erros are FASTIO_QUERY_OPEN. Why I am having so many errors with this command?
