Fastest Processor for ASUS A8N5X

Does anyone know the fastest processor that can be put into the ASUS A8N5X? Can I just use any socket 939 processor or am I limited in some way? The manual says that the motherboard supports Athlon 64, Athlon 64FX and Athlon 64 X2. Does this mean that any CPU from these lines will work?

I already have a CPU picked out but I'm curious for the future.
 
That board wil indeed support every S939 processor that there is and will be. Asus is always (usually) up to spec with thier regular bios updates.
