Fastest Process AV7 WITH bios flash will support?

I have an AV7 and I was wondering if there is a BIOS that will allow a HIGHER multiplier than 12.5? If so,

1. What is the BIOS (and/or linkage)?
2. How high does it go?

the newest bios versions. ( i belive its anything newer then 1007) has the 12.5x remapped to be 13x

so if you buy a 1.3ghz cpu and set the multiplier at 12.5x and the fsb at 100mhz it will boot right up at 1.3ghz
