Fastest OC RAM for DFI NF4 Ultra-D?

I'm looking to get 2x1GB sticks. What would be the best choice when overclockability and performance is considered? Will be getting an Opteron 165/170 or X2 4200+/4400+/4800+ for this, if that's relevant.

i would get the g.skill extreme...best bang for the buck and it's rated at DDR500

I'd recommend the Mushkin 2 x 1GB XP4000 Xtreme performance.
Only a little bit more then the G.Skill but with faster timings and more reliable OC's.

i would say THIS stuff is the best, but you might want to do some research pertaining to which board you're getting. overclocking ram choices sometimes depends on which mobo you get.

outpost is selling mushkin extreme DDR 500 and a OCZ variant (DDR 500) for 160+ after a 40 rebate. Pretty hot imo. I just got my mushkin just today 😉
