Fastest DVD authoring package?

I want to plop some DIVX's onto dvd (in proper mpeg2 format) and wonder what's the fastest program that does this.. I know that I can use an MPEG2 encoder to convert the DIVXs into mpeg2 and then author it but I'd rather have the authoring package do all the legwork.. What's the package that has the fastest divx->dvd conversion? I bought Ulead DVD workshop but it's kinda slow and crash happy..
