Fastest CPU upgrade for this FIC MB?

I am wondering how I can find the fastest CPU this MB can handle.
This is a Compaq 6000z with a 2200+ now

This came from Belarc advisor

Board: KM266-8235

Bus Clock: 133 megahertz

BIOS: Phoenix Technologies,
LTD AM37308 12/16/2002

KM266-8235 appears to be the chipset name, not the board's model number. Try Sisoft Sandra 2002 to get the model number.
