Asus's site shows setting for up to 600Mhz. But I see multipliers up to 8 has anyone run a 700Mhz P3 in one?

As per that thread, the only concern is voltage.

Since all recent production Intel chips are multiplier locked it doesn't really matter if your motherboard supports the multiplier or not since the motherboard can't change the multiplier anyways. The worst case I've seen when the motherboard doesn't support the multiplier is that it misreports the speed. The speed can be verified with benchmarks though. Usually it works just fine.

<Edit>Make sure you set the voltage on the slotket and don't leave it default.</Edit>

you will need PCB Rev. 1.10 and you can run any P3 as long as you get the latest Bios update to recognize the New P3 core... as you can see by my sig. I'm running a P2b and I'm stable at 933, just wanna waitfor more cooling.... damn budgets...

Like I said in my thread, you don't need 1.10. It works with boards as early as 1.02.
