Fastest connection for less than $100/mth

I have DSL with a 128k upload speed and was wondering if there is a faster connection for a few more $$. I run a FTP server but it runs slow due to the 128k upload speed🙁



 
My dsl.ca account is 3000/640 for $150 CAD per month. Look into business dsl in your area, that should help with the upload speed.
