fastest car <$20,000?

So, what NEW, UNMODIFIED car would you say is the fastest for under 20 grand?

i just came across the dodge SRT for 20 grand, 0-60 in 5.7 seconds or something, which isn't half bad.
also test driven the mitsubishi lancer ralliart, which is FAST...

what you guys think?

edit: changed from "car under 20 grand" to "non-modified car under 20k"

dont get the SRT please. you'll regret it when it starts to break down before 50k miles.

Wow for being such a smartass don't expect many people to want to help you. I'm sure you will get plenty of recommendations from our bench racer community, so why would you need the advice of people who have owned fast cars?

civic si or a sentra ser spec v

my buddy jus picked up a spec v for 12k recently
