Fastest Board for an AT case

What would be the best/fastest board/processor combo to stick in an old AT style case...I want to be able to keep my drives, case, etc and just replace the board/processor/RAM.

Any ideas?

I think you can just swap the case other parts are reuseable and get you an atx mobo And Proc. Pick up a duron its the best bang for your buck.There was a SX1030 antec case in the for sale forum for 80.00 shipped if its still avail it is an excellent deal.
