Fastest 256 MB Compactflash for Nikon 4300

I posted this also in General Hardware, but to cover my bases:

I've tried a Viking 256 MB, Delkin eFilm 256 for my Nikon 4300, but the fastest write response (Viking 128) was still 5+ sec. This seemed a little strange to me because the Delkin is supposed to be faster according to Rob Galbraith's Flash memory database. This also seems too long to capture action shots. Does anyone have a recommendation for the fastest 256 MB Compactflash for this camera?
