Faster (and cheapest) way to send money?

I'm in NJ\NY and I need to send money to my Sister in Florida, ASAP (today if possible)

- A Bank wire transfer costs me $25!!! Too much
- Western Union I think charges a similar fee?

Can anyone recommend any other means, I need to send about $400.

Does she have a bank account with a bank thats in your area? I mean, if she has BofA, you could go to a BofA and deposit it into her bank account.
 
Bah, Western Union charges $34 to send $300...I'm better off doing a wire from my bank. Thanks for the suggestion anyway KLin.

ironcrotch, that's an idea. Lemme see if there's any banking centers in NY or NJ.
 
TrueBlueLS, how much do they charge? I went to their site but didn't see the cost for sending right away.

No BofA locations around me 🙁
