Fasteners for running cables

I'm in the process of laying out network cables in my basement and need some advice on fasteners. Right now, I have the cables run across the ceiling and through the holes drilled in the joists. In some of the runs, I have 5-6 cables with a mixture of Cat6, coax, speaker and HDMI. I want to avoid having to tack each wire separately and would prefer to loosely bundle them together.

Would something like a plastic pipe clamps work and then velcro strips to bundle the wires? I would also like to avoid drilling any more holes into the upper wall plate above my distribution rack. Are there any clean alternatives for passing the bundle from the joists on the ceiling and down the wall?
