Fast Trak 100 driver issues?

I reinstalled Win XP pro after a slight crash. I've done this before many times, and once the driver was installed all of my information popped up that I had saved on the array. This time however, nothing came back, the drive shows as unformatted. So, on trying to format it, it pops up with a message stating that there is no disk in the drive. Does anyone have any recomendations on this, or has anyone ran across this before? Thanks in advance for any replies.
