fast shell, with cd burning

I have just moved, and lost my cable connection. So now I'm back on a 56K. I've been looking to get a fast shell account somewhere. I do a lot of downloading, large files, and I need to find a service that has an option of burning a back-up of your data to a cd and mailing it off to you. Can anyone point me to the right direction?
