Fast RAM with older mobo

I have a Shuttle CPX SN95G5 v3 based system, that reportedly accepts 2 sticks of DDR2-400. I recently got ahold of some DDR2-667 that I got a deal on here. I am wondering if any problems might result from my using these in this system, or in a MAC that is rated to accept DDR2-667.

are you sure that it doesn't take DDR 400 (in which case DDR2 won't fit)?
