downlaod managers really arent importanat unless you think you might lose a connection, at 2MBPS im really not worried about it.

I actually find that the ones that automatically find mirrors, use the fastest one, and can download from multiple sources at once to be pretty useful when trying to download something big, because they ensure that you'll be going as close to maximum download speed as possible
