Fast Ipod help needed

I gotta leave early tommrow on a long trip and have my video ipod here. I also have tons of .mp4's here that i encoded a while back however they wont go on the ipod to play on it. WTF?!?!

I used videora to ipod and converted a bunch of avi's and the output was .mp4's that play. Why wont the video's already encoded to mp4 work or videora see them and rencode them
