Fast-food pricing going up?

Firs time in maybe 15 years and possibly the last time ever. Not even sure why I did it. Wasn't really that good either.

Isn't this more of an issue if not taking one of the meal deals? It's always been more expensive to individually order components.

A lot of these places also still send out coupons or have deals in their apps. Heck, I just got some BK coupons in the mail via bulk mailing.

lol yeah he maximized cost via a la carte pricing.

At the end of trump's 1st term....Burger King's Jr. Bacon Chz burger was $1 in 1 year it went to $3.89 and smaller. I only go for an occasional taco at Taco Bell and usually regret it in a few hours. Miss the good ole days of 4 for $4 at Wendys!

This has been my goto at Taco Bell lately. I skip the high priced stuff.

Though the one truly great deal right now near me is Popeyes on Tuesdays where I can get a leg and thigh for $1.50. Feels crazy to be able to eat dinner for $3 plus tax like it was 1993.

I skip the ground beef items these days. Taco Bell ground beef with it's soy filler just tastes nasty to me. I stick to refried or black beans now.

I like soy filler. My standard tacobell order is 4 or 5 plain crunchy tacos and a bean burrito. Last time there, the 4 taco variant was about $10. Haven't been in awhile though.

Is it really? I just thought it was kind of poor grade beef loaded with fat, hence the ubiquitous orange grease. Still tastes pretty good, though honestly my main reason for going to Taco Bell is when I want a Baja Blast.
