1 big pack of beef tips or chipped beef.
2 bags of mixed veggies
1 can of broth
1 big can of crushed tomatoes
1 big ass can of tomato juice (might want a little more, but it won't use the whole 2nd jar or can. I guess you could add more broth if you wanted)
1 small onion
add salt and pepper( I didn't measure, just throw some in there. Use discretion though. You can always add more to your bowl)
saute onions and meat together. Or separately. It doesn't really matter.
chunk in big sauce pan.
Add everything else.
Bring to a boil(don't stick it on high though, you'll burn it. Do it on med-lo or something like that for a while), then simmer for a while. Really, I guess you don't have to simmer it at all. I did though, and it doesn't hurt.
Not gourmet, but it's not bad and it is very easy and healthy.
