Fast boot Z77 mobo when raid enabled?

I'm building a system with 2xSSD raid 1 for os and 2x3TB in raid 1 for data. Which motherboards have very fast boot times (POST) when raid is enabled? I am looking for mid to high end motherboard, up to 300 euro or so.

Also, how fast is raid 0 read speed compared to raid 1 read speed?

some boards like my M5F in the bios you can turn off the raid boot screen.very fast boot times.
-if that's what your asking about.

Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-BS with the latest UEFI bios booted very fast with RAID, it would skip the Raid screen and the bios splash screen showed for a second.
