Fast and The Furious vs. Gone in 60 Seconds

I've already seen Gone in 60sex.. It was an ok movie.. simply entertaining yet nothing impressive. I'm not really into cars I guess..

How's FATF par up compared to Gi6S? I guess they both are car/chick movie (although there is no mentionable chick in FATF) I'm reluctant to see it.. My friend really enjoyed it and says: It was action packed however, Gi6S was better overall and FATF had a very loose, horrible ending..

What do u think?

I didn't even recognize Angelina Jolie in Gone in 60 Seconds until Tomb Raider came out..

I thought she was fugly in Gi6S.. In Tomb Raider, she does look better but she doesn't hold my attention for me..

What other movies has she done before Tombraider and Gi6S?

The Fast and the Furious is much more fun to watch.

Gone in 60 is alright, but no where near as fun as Fast and Furious.

67GT500 vs 70Charger....tough call.

But the rest of the cars in the Fast and the Furious were much much cooler than the rest in Gone in 60.

Plus it was just more fun. Better action, kept the adreniline up better.

I estimate I will see this movie 4 times in the theatre

Gone in 60 Sec. is not as good IMO.

The camera angles, and the small time the camera stays in one spot, in Gone in 60 Sec. often confuse points of reference.

Much better done in the fast and the furious.

I have to say that both gone in sixy secs and the fast and the furious were great movies. But the fast and the furious had better car chase scenes and more action. I liked the fast and the furious a lot more than gone in sixty secs it got the testosterone flowing pretty good. And to whoever said there is no mentionable girls in the fast and the furious, HELLO! Jordana Brewster. Anyway thats my two cents.

yeah I'd take the GT500 to. Especially if it has the 427 V8 (the race engine, rather than the 428 street engine).


But the rest of the cars in the fast and the furious were nicer than the rest of the cars in Gone in 60.

Well yeah Ferraris and stuff....but they don't really show them much, and what can I say, I'm a sucker for good performance mods (though I hate it when people put big exhaust tips and stickers on their gutless civics).

Please, don't try to pretend that either movie had a plot. WTH was with the guy and his wood fetish in 60 seconds anyway? I liked gone in 60 seconds, not only do you get cage who is just cool (whats this vin diesel guy anyway) but you get a cool cast too with hottie jolie, the black dude who was just cool, and the bad ass guy who played sphinx. It was a fun movie, filled with cool cars and some fun chase scenes.

I have seen the fast and the furious but I've seen gone in 60 secs......it's pretty decent, though maybe if they'd show the damn xj-220 some more! Anyone notice that they got the car really early in the boosting but crossed it off the list like 30 mins later? Eh eh? Proly not, ah well


Gone in 60 seems to be better imo, wasn't too bad of a story
