Fast and Furious

so he just leaves it out in the rain with no windows

and the hood open apparently.

1987 Pontiac Fiero with a yellow Ferrari body

who the hell thought this would be a good idea? and what's with the shifter? it looks like they waited until the center cover was rusted through and punched the shifter through lol.

i suppose the wheels could be worth something. someone offer $50

Yea really. Trying to make a car look like something else in american chassis is not good. Look at toyota MR2 modded to look like a real ferrari. It looks almost flawless.

An MR2 kitted still looks like crap. Not matter how well it's pulled off. So would a Fiero. The Import Fanboism in here is nuts and irrelevant. lol.

Why do people do this? I mean, who thinks this is a good idea?

I saw a poorly done (aren't they all) Fauxrari in Long Beach last summer. It looked like shit (although, not nearly as bad as this car), it sounded like shit, and the guy driving it looked like a complete tool.

I've actually seen only one Fauxrari that ever looked cool, and it was a C5 Vette that was gloriously dismembered and given a cf body shell that looked like a cross between a f355 and a Mac F1. They didn't dishonor it by badging it though. I think it was one of the Dallas Mavericks that had it. There was a thread on an LS forum a few years back with the pics and details, I have no idea where to find it now though. It was obviously hideously expensive to do, which begs the question : why didn't he just buy a real exotic to begin with .. and .. why did he kill the Vette? Oh well, hopefully it gave some fenders/panels/hood/etc to supply real Vettes.

If you are serious at all, I demand a link to a build up thread, that would be absolutely hilarious.

you don't think you look the same?

Seriously post your best bike pic up.

For $2800 it'd be a good start...it's not a lot of dough.

The car is rough though.

Most conversions suffer from not enough money spent. Good ones usually have many looking still.

Only you would defend something so moronic. Honestly, I bet you're only doing it just to try to annoy me though. Nice try...but you failed. 😛

defend? He's just selling a failed project. They sold a ton of those kits though so I'd hardly say it was moronic.

Please post yourself on your bad ass bike...I am saying it's going to be equally moronic.
