Good point. As I said, welfare would benefit these people greatly.

Even with all the growth they're having, the wealth is staying among the wealthy and middle class folks, it's not spreading out into the villages at all, this is going to be one of the biggest issues in the long run.

Wow they're getting more and more like America every day.
