Fark: Asshat patents computer card games (Solitaire)

The link describes how lawyers for one Mr. Sheldon Goldberg are trying to extort money from anyone making computer card games. Sheldon apparently has filed for or been granted 3 patents for computer card games by the idiots at the patent office.

If these patents have been granted, the patent office employees involved deserve some blunt metal object impact events.

Either way, the lawyers involved with this extortion deserve disbarrment, followed by their own introductions to mr. lead pipe.

True, but lawyer scum like this intentionally go after small companies that they think can't afford to fight them.

The little companies need to band together, set up a legal fund, and go after the lawyers for racketeering.
