Since she has decided to end her campaign recently, I think she deserves a small tribute.

Here's a little montage thanks to Colbert of the craziest things Michele Bachmann said during her tenure.

I wonder what rich guy guaranteed her a great job if she didn't run

eh. If some rich guy wants to guarantee her a great job, more power to her. If she was getting a guaranteed job elsewhere in the government on the tax-payer's dime then I'd be more outraged.

I'd rather she stayed in the House... the one in DC...

I really enjoy listening to her comments.

But, it seems that Al Franken will be running in 2014 and who better to carry the torch of the Right into the Senate than Ms. Bachmann. She is easily more qualified than say... a Sarah Palin type or at least her/their intellectual equal. She would be an asset to Leahy's Judiciary Committee given her factual understanding of gravity and other laws... She's female and, therefore, is conversant with women issues and health care.... She could become the female Senator 'Governor Ultrasound'. And, living as she does in a State with hard water issues (at times) she knows the reality of global warming and the year round economic benefit of tourism. Above all, I think, she's pretty and amongst the rest of those Senators (except Gillibrand) she can garner votes from the male population for her other friends and finally take the Senate and get on with the program of really helping America regain its 1790 status of Equality for all land owners.

Being forced out was part of the "scrubbing of the stupid" that is quietly going on behind the scenes in the GOP.

You have no idea how much I want to believe this but you and I both know, there isn't any behind the scenes house cleaning going on.

More than likely she will be a lobbiest, the money is good and she gets to continue talking out of her ass.
