FarCry Software Optimizations?

I have a 2.8 P4 with 768 md DDR memory and a 128mb GFti4200. What graphics option setting should I set on FarCry to hit the sweetspot of performance and eye-candy? I heard there were some features that could be lowered with only slight image impact, but huge frame boost - what are they? I don't have enough money to buy any new hardware, so I am trying to put as much juice with my current system. Can any of you guys help me?

might as well hijack this thread and include the GF3 Ti200 on an AMD 64 3000+ with 1gig ram

Wow, that's torture for your AMD 64 and RAM to have to work w/ that video card.
