FarCry question

Hey guys. thanks ahead of time for the help.
I just got Farcry and I want to activiate the cheats so I can try out all the weapons and stuff. Ive tried doing everything that cheat sites have said but nothing has worked. I tried editing the DevMode file, and ive done all the commands but nothing works. If anyone has successfully got the cheats to work please help!!

Couple of different ways. Dowload the devmode.lua file to your main directory and replace the original .lua file (might want to make a backup). Then in game press the "backspace" button for god mode and the letter "o" key for max ammo and the letter "p" key for all weapons. Here is a good link that explains it all.
