According to Apply740, who posted screenshots of HDR+AA, on here, rage3d and hardforum, the patch can be found like this:

Nice to see the patch but lavaheadache has a good point. Be nice to see them fixing existing problems that affect every single nvidia user before they bring in new stuff for a far smaller user base 😉

How do we know that the reason for the blocky shadows on Nv cards is in the game, and not in Nv's drivers or hardware? I've seen blocky shadows in other cases as well - for example on my friend's 7800gt I can also see blocky shadows in game3 of 3dmark05 on that flying airship.
