also, what's up with the GM soliders? why no trigens?
 
hmm looks mindlessly entertaining. I'd like to see Boll succeed in that area for once in his life, because it seems he can only churn out shit. But since FarCry was mindless as it was, there's a lot of room for him to do decent. Here's to hoping. 🙂

nah. Most of his other movies fit that description though. FarCry wasn't much to begin with. Great shooter first, storyline definitely came second.

personally, I'd rather see the genetic soldiers than trigens. At least this seems a bit more plausible for some random island campaign.

It's sad when even the trailer doesn't suck you in...the music wasn't nearly what it should have been. With the SFX/Vocals it sounds like a high school kid mixed it...didn't draw me in hardly at all.

But I loved the games so maybe I'll Netflix it 🙂

yea, the production team definitely needs to learn the art of showmanship in their trailer work. It only worked with me because I have the mindset of 'let's see how this one does' since I know the mindless nature of the game and have the idea this could be mindlessly entertaining if he pulls it off. I am also expecting garbage but have a little hope. 🙂
 
Great, thanks Uwe. Everyone was all smiles after having seen the Indiana Jones trailer today, and you had to ruin all our fun with that.

The trailer looks absolutely brutal by the way and I can see why there are no trigens, because they had to spend all of the money on that fihsing boat. What was the budget for this thing? A million bucks? :roll:
