Far Cry problems

Seems like my new Nvidia experience hasn't began that well
Well I installed Far Cry turned everything to max and tried to play the game.
Sometimes it stops in the loading screen with an exception erroe and sometimes it plays but with low or medium details I think even though I cranked up everything from the menu.
What can be happening

Rig below
Forceware 61.21
XP Pro

Any ideas or known issues?
 
same here, installed a 6800gt on my sons computer, installed the latest Nvidia drivers, turned everything to max in farcry and........terrible, the graphics where all over the place, had to go back to default settings to get the game to look right, bit of a dissapointment. Not sure if its drivers or just farcry itself. Anyone else got farcry to max settings and look good to.
Ok will try patch also
