Far Cry Crashes to Windows !

Hey guys, I just started off in beating far cry, I am at the part right now where I gotta destroy the radar dish. I get off the boat and get the sniper rifle, everything is cool, but the moment I try and zoom in it crashes the game back to windows. Anyone have this problem or know what I can do to fix it ? Thanks.
 
I assume you aren't overclocking anything?

If not make sure you are running version 1.3 of the game and have the latest GPU drivers for your system.
 
My system is overclocked (see sig) and the vid card is running at 525/1.1 which is minor. Everything is stable, only when I try to zoom in it crashes. I have the latest patch and latest nvidia drivers, god I hate retarded things like this. Anyone else have any ideas?

Set everything back to stock speeds then try it just so you can be sure about ruling it out. Sometimes the newest drivers break things, so maybe try a slightly older driver? I usually have pretty old Catalyst drivers that have always worked fine.
