Fantasy sports - Vetoing trades

I have reached the breaking point in my fantasy career. I will be retiring after this football season.

I had a trade vetoed today.

It is my opinion that the veto system is flawed in fantasy sports. Too many people use it as a way to block trades or they feel it is their responsibility to block trades that are "unbalanced" in their opinion.

I have wasted my breath trying to explain how moronic they are, but to no avail. Instead of getting worked up, I will be walking away.

How have you peeps handled this in your fantasy leagues?

Even though it doesnt matter the trade was:
Hines Ward and Ahman Green for Larry Johnson and Mike Furrey.

Thanks, but I guess what I am trying to say is I feel the only reason a trade should be vetoed is if people are cheating. Otherwise, why do league members have the right to block a trade because they think one team gets more than the other?

The other owners thought it was an unfair trade obviously. Is this a money league or just for fun?

Money, and worse, with some of my best friends.

Yes, they felt it was unfair. My argument is it is not their place to use vetos to judge fairness, just cheating. (I personally think vetos should be removed)

cahoots... 2 people could be in on it to allow 1 person to have a greater chance to win. It could be cheating.
