Alright, I know a bunch of you have teams. Here is your chance to boast or grumble about how you drafted and how your team has done to this point. 😀

I am currently 11-2 and in first place, which has been fueled by my late round draft picks:

Vick (9th)
Burress (10th)
Portis (15th)

Nice picks !!

I have 7 teams @ ESPN 2 are division winners, 3 are Wild card teams , and the other two failed miserably due to injuries and having Kurt Warner as my starting QB 😉

I think im in 5th in my pool my best pick was probably Tom Brady 12th Round! Other then that I got some great guys off waivers one of who happens to be Hines Ward you is arguably the best fantasy receiver.

11-2 and the best team in my league. What do you expect with a backfield of Peyton Manning, Priest Holmes, and Clinton Portis.

Hehe.. Nice. 😀 My Vick/Faulk/Portis backfield is pretty nice too. 😀

well,

i won my conference with my ESPN team.

my best waivers pickups were:

Burress
Peerless Price

i traded Fred Taylor for Hearst and Troy Brown. ( i have a feeling that hearst will pay off big time over these next two weeks w/ that other RB out in SF).

my best draft pick was Ricky Williams in the 2nd round.

my worst moves were, i can't seem to pick the right qb each week. it seems that the qb on the bench always gets more points than the one i start. i'm switching back and forth between mcnair and trent green. i started green this week and mcnair had a much better week. i started mcnair last week and green did much better.

i'm pondering having a fantasy hitman put a fantasy hit on my fantasy qb tim couch. *grrr* how the hell do you score -3 points?!? argh. i would have been better off starting troy aikmen, at least i would have had 0 points, not NEGATIVE.

sorry, rant done.

Hahahha.. Actually, this past week I beat my opponent 125-39 (ouch) and he had Couch. In our league, he was -5. He had McNabb on the bench and, like you said, he would have been better off starting him. 😀

I got Aaron Brooks, Ricky Williams, Ahman Green, Jamal Lewis, Terrell Owens, Randy Moss, Peerless Price, Troy Brown, and the Tampa Bay Defense... I've got like, 1/3 as much points as anyone else in the league, but i'm in 2nd place (8-5) due to some f'cked up games... this one guy is also 8-5 and i have 3 times as many points as him... go figure

I am getting my ass kicked in the AT Swamp League. 7-6-0 (7th of 12) My team is full of "good" disappointments.
Jeff Garcia, Curtis Martin, TJ Duckett & Pittsburgh's Defense

In my "money" league I will make the playoiffs and cross my fingers. Thank you Drew Bledsoe and Hines Ward and screw you Marshall Faulk

Won my conference @ ESPN, #1 seed in the playoffs. Michael Vick was my savior!!! Anthony Thomas my big bust.

Also have Terrel Owens.

Here here to Marshall Faulk who I wasted my first round pick on. Well not exactly wasted, he did have a couple good weeks. Best pick for me has been Aaron Brooks although he sucked a little a couple weeks ago. Peerless Price was also a good pick.

I am only in 1 league, and no one could have predicted the outcome after the draft. The guy leading the league (basically blowing everyone away) had a laughable roster after the draft. Of course, now that they have played the games, every one of his starters is ranked 1-5 at their respective position. We start 3 receivers, and his are Ownes, Ward, and Price, ranked 2, 1, and 4 respectively in our system). His backs are Ricky Williams and Travis Henry (huh?!?) ranked 3 and 4. Brooks at QB, #3 at QB and overall. Janikowski is the #5 kicker and the TB defense is #1. Other than Owens and Williams, and possibly Brooks, that was not a high-flying lineup before the season started. Of course, his bench sucks and he is lucky they only showed up for bye weeks.

I thought my team was decent on paper, but wasn't happy after the draft. Waiting until my 4th pick to get a receiver killed me (Ahman Green, A-Train, and Favre were my opening 3), but I thought the difference between the likes of Ward, Price, and Curtis Conway would be negligible. Oh well. I also don't like head-to-head. Our league is based on points, but we added an extra side bet on head-to-head. My team is 5-7-1 despite outscoring my opponents. I didn't have any fantastic late-round picks, but I held off on a kicker until the 13th round or so and got Akers, which isn't bad. I'm also a slow learner and drafted the Miami defense again, and again I scratch my head wondering why they don't get more fantasy points.
