Draft Jamal Lewis. Everybody will stay away from him because of the trial, but we all know athletes don't go to jail.

if you have the #1 or #2 pick I say go with Priest or LT, not Jamal. But if you're further down yeah Jamal is good.

Priest had twice as many TDs as Lewis last year. Lewis is good, but the Ravens passing game is teh suck, so they don't get close enough for him to score. The Chiefs are a high-powered offense. I'd take Priest hands down over Lewis. In fact, I'd take Priest, LT, Portishead, and A. Green before Lewis.

Get Tomlinson if he's around. Holmes should not have had 27 touchdowns last year. He's good, but not that good. He won't do it again.

travis henry will have the best season of his career, regardless of the "rook"

Take him #1. The O-line is still great, and they will go to him for the sure thing. They don't have a backup with the skills he has. I'm guessing he will have another 25+ TD season.

LT doesn't have the protection, or the rest of the offense to back him up. He may be better than Priest, but he's playing for the wrong team.

If you don't take Priest #1 you are an idiot.

1.Holmes
2.LT
3.Portis/Green
4.Portis/Green
5.Jamal

You just said Portis 3/4. That discounts your argument......Portis will blow in Washington.

You gotta think that Gibbs will run the ball a lot with Portis. He's that kind of coach. However the loss of Jansen does hurt him quite a bit. I think I'd take Green ahead of Portis. I might even toss in Edge before Jamal depending on how the league is set up as far as yards vs TDs. Man there are soo many good RB it's hard to pick after Holmes and LT. You could factor in alexander and Duece as well.

I would pick a lot of guys before Portis. Gibbs will run often, but Denver's o-line is way way better than Washington's, Denver has a better passing game than Washington, and possibly most importantly, overall Denver is a much better team, which means a) they will have more scoring opportunities and b) they will have more options to run the ball.
