what do you think of this trade?

Is it enough to let Holmes go...I'm sorta leaning towards no. :)

Eddie George, Shaun Alexander, Patrick Ramsey, Peter Warrick for Priest Holmes.
Here's my current team:

Nope, not worth it IMO. The combination of Holmes and Lewis is a good duo. Better than Lewis/Alexander or Lewis/George if you were to trade. Ramsey would might be a decent pickup, and a possible starter over Delhomme, but Delhomme is putting up some good numbers. As of right now, Ramsey has put up slightly better numbers in all areas than Delhomme, yet the Panthers have the better record, and IMO gives Delhomme a little breathing room to make good plays throughout the rest of the season.

I wouldn't do it.

Alexander is the only player you'd be getting that would be worth starting. Eddie George is trash as far as fantasy is concerned (unfortunately, I know this first hand having him in 2 leagues). Meanwhile, you'd be giving up a RB that has 1261 total yards with 14 TD. Not to mention, Vick is looking to be back next week against Tennessee, so you might even have someone to replace Delhomme if he picks up where he left off last year. There is no way you should do this trade as it wouldn't really help your team in any way.
