fantasy football question: which def do i start?

right now, i am starting:
QB d.bledsoe @ sf
WR n.burleson @ no
WR d.bennett @ stl
WR b.edwards @ ind
RB l.tomlinson @ nyg
RB t.jones @ cin
TE j.putzier @ kc
K j.kasay@ mia
DEF jax @ nyj
my bench looks like this:
QB m.vick @ buf
RB c.portis (bye)
RB s.jackson @ ten
RB t.duckett @ buf
RB r.williams @ car
DEF ne @ pitt
yeah, i know i am loaded at RB and crazy thin at WR. i am trying to trade s.jackson for m.muhammed (sp?). if that does not work, i will probably drop duckett for b.engram (sea).
Id keep it how you have it except for Bennett. I have him too and he hasn't put up anything.

Jesus H Christ. DO NOT trade for Muhammad. What are you thinking? Kyle Orton is throwing him the ball. He will NOT put up great numbers. Jackson is a stud, and once Martz feels secure enough, he'll run him over and over and over. That's a terrible deal.
As for your defense, TELL US HOW YOU SCORE!!!! I'm in one league that scores only on points allowed, and another that scores on turnovers as well. Some even score based on return yardage. NOBODY can give you a good recommendation without you being more specific.
You have too many RBs...you need to drop Bennett. I played him 2 weeks in a row...fool got 4 points total in 2 weeks. 131 yards in 2 weeks :|
Bennett will look like a champion against STL. I'm a Rams fan, so I know what I'm talking about.

Im in 2nd to last place and have the most points...it sucks donkey balls. Im 0-2. I lost my first game by 3 points and my 2nd game by 2 points. :|:|:|
Last week I had to play against McNabb...fvcker put up 72 points by himself!

even tho it's early, orton and muhammed look pretty decent. i'm pretty desperate for a decent consistent WR right now, and have a surplus of RBs. i had high hopes for jackson, but martz is a stubborn retard. he's like forrest gump, but without the running. as for the DEF scoring:

ironically, the guy in second place has the second fewest points. its all about matchups.... totally luck of the draw.

Why on earth would you start a change of pace back (perry)? You would be better off with Henry since it looks like Brown is suffering yet another injury. At least get a guy in there that will get more than 8 carries a game. You leave Perry in there and you are going to be kicking yourself Monday.
I have the same situation, and cannot decide which to start. I know stl defense is pretty soft, and I think that McNair is poised to have a big week. But then again, it is McNair...
Any thoughts?

Stay with Bulger as your QB. He is going to have a big day.
EDIT: ESPN is predicting both Bulger and McNair pass for 3 TD"S. They have Bulger with more yards though (300something to 250something).
ESPN hasn't exactly been predicting real well this year though (thought manning would have 350yds and 3 td's last week...).
For what it is worth, StL. is a pass first team.
