Fantasy Football players

What are you ranked in your league right now?

Also how do you know who to play/start and who to bench? Right now I am in four different leagues on Yahoo. I am 2nd place, 3rd place, 5th and 9th.

ADVICE and pointers are welcome.

And yes, I know its a little late in the season but better late than never.

I am in 3 yahoo leagues. I am in 1st, 2nd, and 7th. Who you play is your best guess on who will do well that week. So, if you can't decide between two recievers you consider pretty equal in ability, check what team they are playing against and see who has the worse pass defense. Same logic for RB's. As for advice, it's important to have a good draft. You have to remember fantasy is about NUMBERS, not how you feel about a player. It's great to have someone like T. Owens, but the person you are playing might have M. Harrison, which means they will more or less (usually) cancel each other out, fantasy point wise. TE and DEF make a big difference in yahoo fantasy, as there are a limited number of high fantasy number TE, and more, but still limited, high fantasy scoring defenses.

I'm in third place, and the playoffs start next week.

How I decide, differs for every player. Definitely pay attention to your players opponent. For instance...

I might start Kevin Jones over Jamal Lewis, depending on their opposing teams. But for Terrel Owens, he'll get the start every time, as it doesn't matter who the Eagles are playing.

im in 3rd with the playoffs starting this week (but no longer have holmes)
and 6th with the playoffs starting next week

edit: and i like sticking with good players...when i play matchups or if i take a guy out for not playing well a couple weeks it always seems to backfire (last week which cost me 2nd place and a bye the first week of the playoffs)*

*unless its an obvious matchup like Manning vs. the Saints

im in 3rd. was in 1st for the longest time, but chris brown's turf toe has hurt me these past few weeks. and it occured so late in the season that i gotta scrape and dig for rb's.
